In a shocking turn of events, last night we welcomed a BOY into our family who has HAIR (which is definitely NOT red). He came so quickly neither my doctor, nor the on-call doctor from her practice, nor the attending doctor at the hospital were at his delivery.
Daniel was born at 12:56 am and we are overjoyed to have him here safe and sound. 13 hours later, I’ve hardly slept because I can’t stop gazing in disbelief at my son. What a miracle a new baby is!
